Concert to help Giant Steps School get new roof

Adam Currie & The Links Will Perform a Concert to benefit the Giant Steps School in Southport at The Fairfield Theatre 0n Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 7 to -9 .m.

“Find A Way” will be the headlining song at the benefit concert to support the Giant Steps School fund-raiser to replace the roof on another building they are calling The Next Steps Center. The goal is to provide more support services to more children and young adults with autism in the community.

“We’ve learned a lot in our 20 years of service to children on the autism spectrum,” said Kathy Roberts, founder of Giant Steps School. “We know that there are students, young children and adults whose needs aren’t as complex as the students in our school, so we’d like to offer pieces of what we offer to the outside community and we’ll need an additional facility to accomplish that.”

Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased at boxoffice.fairfieldtheatre.org.

Other ways to donate can be found at heyrecords.com/FindAWay/ and include a $5 streaming donation enabling people to view the concert live and receive a free download of The Links song “Find A Way.” For $1.29, people will receive two Songs by The Links, “Find a Way” and “Reflection.”
