Arrigo, O'Keefe break records

Fairfield Ludlowe High senior Ryan Arrigo and sophomore Emily O’Keefe set school records at the FCIAC Qualifying Meet in Westport on Saturday.
Arrigo’s time of 8.09 in the high jump was school-best, as was O’Keefe’s high jump of 5-0.
The boys and girls’ 4×200 relay teams posted qualifying for states at the Yale Track Classic High School Invitational on Friday.
Junior Mike Arman, Arrigo, sophomore Zach Kenton and senior Arda Kocturk finished in 1:39.69 to place 21st out of 41 teams.
Senior Glenn Carr, sophomore Rachel Hurst, junior Ali Johnson and sophomore Emma Koether ran 1:53.00 to finish 9th out of 40 teams.
Arrigo ran a 38.89 and Kocturk a 39.15 in the 300.
Alex Wykoff ran a 45.67 and Carr a 46.25 in the 300 for the girls.
