Soccer fans of all ages came out to Soccer & Rugby Imports in Southport on Thursday morning for a chance to meet Brazil international and Juventus standout Douglas Costa.

Costa, a winger, represented the Seleção this summer at the FIFA World Cup in Russia. He signed autographs and posed for photos for the hundreds of fans that packed the parking lot as part of the Soccer & Rugby Imports’ 25th anniversary.

Costa is currently on a preseason tour of the United States with his club side Juventus — who squared off against fellow soccer juggernauts Bayern Munich at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia last night. Juventus notched a 2-0 victory over the German giants as part of the International Champions Cup.

In June, Costa transferred permanently to Juventus from Bayern after spending last season in Turin on loan.
