‘Only Child’ author visits Fairfield Woods Branch Library

Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road welcomes Rhiannon Navin, author of Only Child, on Thursday, March 1, at 7 p.m.

Only Child is the story of a family dealing with the aftermath of a school shooting. Told to us through the voice of a six-year-old as he tries to make sense of it all, this novel is a reminder that kindness, forgiveness and love can bring us hope even in our darkest moments.

Books will be available for purchase and signing at this event. Registration is requested.

Navin grew up in Germany in a family of book-crazy women. Her career in advertising brought her to New York City where she worked for several large agencies before becoming a full-time mother and writer.
