Tetreau proclaims May 25 as Red Nose Day

Fairfield First Selectman Michael Tetreau proclaimed Thursday, May 25 as “Red Nose Day” in recognition of the national charitable campaign benefitting Fairfield-based Save the Children and other charities fighting childhood poverty both in the U.S. and around the world. Tetreau presented the proclamation to Susan Ridge, vice president of Marketing and Communications at Save the Children U.S. headquarters in Fairfield. He was joined by Fairfield Superintendent of Schools Dr. Toni Jones, students from Fairfield Ludlowe High School and Fairfield Warde High School’s Save the Children clubs, and Save the Children staff members.
