Learn how to make homemade pasta

The Fairfield Public Library, 1080 Old Post Road is hosting a a class on making your own homemade pasta on Saturday, April 8, at 2 p.m., in the Rotary Room. The hands-on program is part of the Library’s What’s Cooking Series.

Learn how to make “melt in your mouth” homemade egg pasta using the traditional Italian method. Colleen Bell, local foodie and popular presenter, will guide you through the easy steps, so that you can mix, roll and cut your own egg pasta from scratch. Put on your apron and bring a rolling pin, or if you have a hand-cranked pasta maker, please feel free to bring both. This is a hands-on presentation.

Advance registration is required due to the limited space and supplies. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.
