Nursing grads receive 100% pass rate

Sacred Heart University’s recent nursing graduates have achieved a 100% pass rate on the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) licensing exam.

According to a recent report from the NCSBN, 48 SHU graduates took the exam, and all of them passed. This year’s national average pass rate on the exam was 93.5 percent.

The NCSBN is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide an organization through which boards of nursing act and counsel together on matters of common interest and concern affecting the public health, safety and welfare, including the development of licensing examinations in nursing.
