Getting Ready for College Program at the Fairfield Public Library

Alice Gorman, college and career counselor at Fairfield Ludlowe High School, will show you how to find programs and opportunities to help you find a job, volunteer, travel and learn Thursday, Jan. 12, 7-8:30 p.m., Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.  

This program is designed for high school students and their parents. Registration is requested.

Presenter Alice Gorman runs the College & Career Center at Fairfield Ludlowe High School where she helps students in their college searches and part-time/summer job hunts. She also coordinates the Senior Internship Program, sending approximately 300 students into the workplace for the final month of school. She was formerly the director of the Career Planning Center at Fairfield University.
