Midday Tech: Facebook at the Fairfield Public Library

Not on Facebook yet? Get an overview of this popular social networking site, with tips to get you started on Tuesday, Jan. 10, from noon-1 p.m., in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.

Learn the basics of setting up an account, adding friends, sending messages and privacy settings. Reference Librarian Philip Bahr will lead this program.

Registration is requested.

Additional Midday Tech programs offered this winter include Twitter on Feb. 22; Goodreads on March 22 and Bargain Shopping Online on April 19.
