Fairfield Public Library presents Natural Sleep Remedies

Lack of sleep may affect your mood, concentration and sense of well-being. It may also increase your risk for chronic health problems. Dr. Veronica Waks returns to the Fairfield Public Library to talk about natural supplements and herbs that may help improve your sleep on Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m., in the Rotary Room, 1080m Old Post Road. These natural alternatives may also help you to taper off benzodiazepines and other sleep aids if you are using them.

Registration is requested.
