Temperatures drop; eyes on another storm?

A hazardous weather outlook has been issued by the National Weather Service for southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey and southeast New York, especially for those without power, over the next few days.

Temperatures are expected to fall into the 30’s to near 40’s across the entire tri-state area Friday night and continue to drop into the 30’s through next Thurday night. Those without power should plan for a number of cold nights ahead.

There is also a possible coastal storm to impact the tri-state area during the middle of next week. The storm has the potential for gusty winds, rain/wintry precipitation. The storm’s path is still uncertain.
