Fairfield Craft Ales holds ribbon cutting Sept. 15

Fairfield Craft Ales, Stratford’s second brewery, will host a ribbon cutting with the Stratford Chamber of Commerce and Mayor John Harkins on Thursday, Sept. 15 at 5 p.m.

The brewery is located at 724A Honeyspot Road.

Fairfield Craft Ales is a three-barrel brewery with a tap room where up to eight different varieties of beer are available in pints for onsite consumption and in growlers to take home. The company’s owners, Mike Borruso and Joe Bow of Fairfield, are avid, award-winning home

Brewers.

The brewery had its soft launch in early July and is open to the public.
