Obituary: Phyllis Ann Petrino Aiello, 88, of Monroe, formerly of Fairfield

Phyllis Ann Petrino Aiello, 88, of Monroe, formerly of Fairfield, employed by Avco Lycoming Textron for 30 years, and Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, wife of the late Anthony Aiello, died Sept. 3, at The Jewish Senior Services, Bridgeport, after an 11-year battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Born to the late Mr. & Mrs. Mark and Jennie Petrino of Bridgeport.

Survivors include four sons, Anthony, (Anne) of Port St Lucie, Florida, David, (Rose) of Monroe, Kenny, (Gina) of Port St Lucie, Florida and Greg, (Gail) of Fairfield, 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sisters, Margaret Ambrose (Jerry), Josephine Ariano, Jean Petrino, Marion Petrino, and Catherine Mally, two brothers, Mark Petrino (Diane), Raymond Petrino (Carole), and 35 nieces and nephews.

Also predeceased by sister, Eleanor D’Angelico, brother, Patsy Petrino, and a niece and nephew.

Services: Friday, Sept. 9, 10 a.m., St. Jude Church, 707 Monroe Tpke., Monroe. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery, Monroe. Calling hours: Thursday, 4-8 p.m., Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
