Summer camp openings still available at The Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield

Space is still available in the nature-based summer camp at The Connecticut Audubon Society’s Center at Fairfield. With the Larsen Sanctuary on site, the hands-on field and classroom sessions offer outdoor exploration, science enrichment, and engaging activities that will inspire a lifelong interest in wildlife and the environment.

Age-specific programs, different each week, are led by CAS teacher-naturalists and college-educated staff who have experience working with children. Campers build a connection to the natural world through intriguing programs like “Wilderness Survival Skills” and “Radical Reptiles, Awesome Amphibians.”

The high staff-to-child ratio ensures all campers at Connecticut Audubon have a safe, educational and fun learning experience. Choose full or half-day sessions; half-days include a daily “Lunch Bunch” option. Staff trained in First Aid, CPR, and Epi-Pen is present at all times.
