Hip-Hop Kids at the Fairfield Public Library

The Fairfield Public Library will celebrate the first official week of summer with some dancing with Double Up Dance Studio. Dance teachers Paul and Brian Herman welcome all types of movers and dancers ages 7-11 to learn some Hip-Hop techniques and rhythm. Beginners are welcome Tuesday, June 21, 4 p.m., Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road. 

Registration is required . All special programs have a one-week-in-advance registration this summer.

Double Up Dance Studio (DUDS) is located at the Sportsplex in Fairfield. Founders and teachers Paul and Brian Herman have shared the stage and collaborated with prominent international artists including Alicia Keys, Rick Ross, Swizz Beatz, Kat Deluna, Chris Brown, Sean Kingston, Rihanna, Sean Paul, and Lil Wayne as well as other leading recording artists, producers, and choreographers. 

If you haven’t already, don’t forget to register for this year’s summer reading challenge – “On Your Mark, Get Set . . .
