Event to benefit Operation Hope

The Welcome Club of Fairfield and Easton will be hosting their annual Summer Clambake to benefit Operation Hope on Saturday, June 25, from 7-11 p.m., at the Jacky Durrell Pavilion on Penfield Beach in Fairfield. This event is open to all members and non-members who are 21 years of age or older.

The event features food, music, dancing, a raffle and auction. Raffle tickets will be cash only and prizes to give away this year include a photography package, a dance party at Fairfield’s Flash Pointe Dance, a 12-week membership to Kidville Westport, a 3-month membership to the YMCA, gift cards to local restaurants and more.

Dinner is being catered by Fairfield’s own Sea House Clambakes. Cost is $50 per member and $60 per non-member. Meals will include choice of entrée (lobster, chicken, steak, swordfish or veggie) as well as sides and sweet treats for dessert.

This is a BYOB event.

Space is limited so RSVP no later than June 15. All requests for reservations after that are at the discretion of the caterer.
