Andrew Ancel speaks to Mondays @ 7 on networking to referrals

Job seekers are told to devote 70-75% of their time to networking; however, networking can be an enigma. How should target contacts be approached? How do you maintain top of mind awareness? What can you do if you meet with a target contact and nothing of substance comes from it? Details such as these are often missing from the resources that encourage you to network.

Andy Ancel will present a detailed look at the fundamentals of nurturing relationships and building a referral program at the next Mondays @ 7 meeting on June 6, at 8 a.m., at the United Methodist Church of Westport and Weston, 49 Weston Road. He’ll cover topics such as when and how to reach out to and analyze contacts and why word-of-mouth is second best.

Meetings are free and open to the public. Bring a friend. Suggested $1 contribution for coffee and bagels.
