CT Audubon Society hosts Owl Tales

Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street, Fairfield, hosts Owl Tales Saturday, May 14, at 10:30 a.m.

Whooooooo are those mysterious winged hunters of the night? Come to The Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street, on Saturday, May 14 and meet our resident, non-releasable owls up close. Learn about their features and habits, and examine owl pellets–one of the most fascinating aspects of owl biology. Then we’ll head to the woods in search of the tracks and traces that give us clues to their presence.

This program is for all ages. Children must be able to sit during an owl presentation. No strollers please. Cost is $5 per person.

Advance registration is required at 203-259-6305, ext. 109. For more information about this or other springtime programs at the Center, view ctaudubon.org/center-at-fairfield.

Magnificent raptors will be demystified at the Saturday, May 14 Owl Tales program at The Connecticut Audubon Center at Fairfield.
