Neighborhood walks and talks kick off April 13

Walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to meet at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library for a 30-45 minute walk around the neighborhood. The walks will be on Wednesdays and Fridays, April 13 to May 27, beginning at 11:15 a.m.

The American Heart Association confirms that regular, 30 minute brisk walks have unlimited health benefits. They claim if you walk with others it can keep you motivated, improve your accountability and help you meet new people with similar goals.  Come walk and talk with us about your past, present and future reads.

This is a drop-in program and we will meet outside the front door. Call 203-255-7308 on days with inclement weather.

All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.  Visit us on the web www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org  and follow the Fairfield Public Library on Twitter: www.twitter.com/fairfieldpublib and Facebook: www.facebook.com/fairfieldlibrary.
