Program to help cancer patients begins July 11

Sage Osa, 10-year cancer survivor and owner of The Personal Wellness Center in Fairfield, is offering a new health and healing program to help cancer patients achieve optimal health while undergoing conventional medical treatments.

Located at 1895 Post Road in Fairfield, Osa’s Personal Wellness Center has been a meeting place for like-minded people to explore spiritual development together for over two years. Now, Osa is combining her training as a food educator, her personal journey with cancer and her experience with holistic healing techniques to help cancer patients participate actively in their healing processes.

In the four-series program, beginning Wednesday, July 11, Osa will teach the benefits of green juice therapy, how to maintain an alkaline body where cancer does not thrive, how to boost the immune system through good digestion, how to use deep breath techniques, and much more.

The program will run on Wednesdays from 10-11:30 a.m. The total cost is $199.

A trained mind/body/spirit program facilitator from Harvard Medical School’s professional program for mind/body change, and a certified raw food educator with the Raw Food Institute, Osa has been teaching how to restore balance from within for over 14 years.

In addition to the cancer wellness program, Osa will also offer programs for anyone looking to lose weight, end emotional eating and achieve personal wellness goals.
