Bagels and Birds of Prey at the CT Audubon

Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street, Fairfield will host a bagel breakfast and up-close presentation by a teacher naturalist who will introduce visitors to the Center’s remarkable resident birds of prey Saturday, Dec. 19, from 9:30-11 a.m.

Learn about their characteristic features, impressive adaptations and behaviors. Discover what’s on their daily menu. Find out the conservation issues that affect them and what each of us can do to help.

Visitors may also stop by the Nature Store to see the unique selection of bird and nature-themed holiday ornaments and cards, as well as bird feeders, books and decorative items.

All ages are welcome.

Cost is $5 per person.
