Pink Zumbathon to benefit Breast Cancer Survival Center

The Breast Cancer Survival Center and The Fairfield Edge are teaming up to host their fourth Pink Zumbathon on Sunday, Oct, 25, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at the Edge of Fairfield, 500 King’s Highway Cutoff, Fairfield. Participants are asked to provide a donation of $20, which will benefit the Breast Cancer Survival Center.

“We all know someone who is or who has struggled with breast cancer,” said BCSC’s Nina Marino, LCSW, Clinical Director. “At the Breast Cancer Survival Center, it is our mission to support breast cancer survivors’ lives after they’ve finished treatment through support groups, lectures, retreats and newsletters.” The Pink Zumbathon supports our mission and helps raise money for a critical issue facing all survivors, what happens after I’ve finished treatment?”

Open to The Fairfield Edge members as well as non-members, the Pink Zumbathon will keep dancers sweating for three hours with their favorite instructors. Bottled water donated by Nestle Waters. Participants are encouraged to wear pink and bring their family and friends to support a great cause.
