There is the perennial question “When is someone old” ? People often feel bewildered every time another birthday arrives-after all, you still feel like the proverbial spring chicken. And yet there are unmistakable signs that seniority is creeping in. What makes everyone beautiful in old age is acceptance of their years, of themselves as they are. Each new day can be faced with sadness for our lost youth or with joy for our luck at reaching this time of life.

Join in for tips on how to ignore the charlatans of anti-aging and learn to how to adapt as circumstances require, accept our limits with humor and find new pleasures to replace the ones we must surrender.

The Bigelow Center is accessible to people using assistive devices. Free parking is available.
