What’s Cooking series features local chefs

The What’s Cooking Series at the Fairfield Public Library will continue this fall beginning Monday, Sept. 28. Daniel Lopez from the newly opened Taberna Restaurant in Fairfield will be sharing his story in the Rotary Room of the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road at 7 p.m.

What’s Cooking is a series featuring local chefs. Guest chefs will share the back stories behind their cooking lives, the challenges of running a restaurant/food market and talk about a favorite cookbook or recipe.

Advance registration is required due to the limited space. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.
