Chamber Orchestra of Fairfield’s first performance a success

The Chamber Orchestra of Fairfield held its first performance on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the First Church Congregational in Fairfield.

ChamberOrchestraLOGOLed by founder and music director, Darren Ziller, the 27 piece orchestra performed Mozart Overture to Don Giovanni, Beethoven Symphony #1, and Mozart Flute Concerto in D Major, which featured world renowned flutist Adrianne Greenbaum.

The First Selectman of Fairfield, Mike Tetreau, provided opening remarks.

In addition to a successful performance at the packed venue, the event raised more than $2,000 for the Emma Jane von Euler Music Scholarship at the High School Scholarship Foundation of Fairfield.
