Teens Reading Challenge Kick-Off Party

Join us at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road, for the annual Summer Reading Challenge Kick-Off Party Tuesday, June 16, from 1-3 p.m. Sign up for this year’s summer Reading Challenge and then play games, start on challenges, learn about school summer reading choices, eat pizza and maybe win a prize.

A few days later, Friday, June 19, from 7-9 p.m., join us at the new Recreation Center at South Pine Creek, 210 Old Dam Road, for a Cosplay Party. Celebrate the beginning of summer in costume! There will be dancing and the snack bar will be open. Registration is requested.

Other happenings for teens at the Library this summer include Tuesday evening Book into Movie Club nights and creative Thursday afternoon programs. Learn more on our website at fairfieldpubliclibrary.org/teen/.

Sign up for the 2015 Teen Summer Challenge, Unmasked!, online. In addition to earning points for reading, you earn points every time you participate in a Library program.

Read on! Party on!
