St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation will hold its fourth annual ‘Hearts Full of Spring’ fund-raiser April 9, from 6-8:30 p.m., at Mitchells in Westport, 670 Post Road East. This event is sponsored by United Bank.

Celebrity nutrition, fitness, and metabolism expert Lisa Lynn will present ‘Ignite Your Fire,’ sharing easy lifestyle tips to boost metabolism, lose weight, tone up, and increase energy. Overeaters self-help group
