Saturday spring walk at Audubon

Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street hosts a spring walk Saturday, April 11, from 12:15 to 1 p.m.

Come explore the trails of the Larsen Sanctuary and listen for signs of spring. Our search will include a welcome back to migrating birds, calling peepers and skunk cabbage. We’ll roll logs looking for insects and salamanders, too.

The walk takes place on a flat, one-mile loop. All ages are welcome.

Free for members and $3 for nonmembers. Please call by April 9 to reserve your spot: 203-259-6305, ext. 109

Visit Connecticut Audubon Society’s website at www.ctaudubon.org for a complete list of our exciting spring programs and special events.
