Ukrainian egg-dyeing workshop at Pequot Library

Ukrainian Egg-dyeing Workshop–Pysanky! for kids in kindergarten and up with an adult will be held Wednesday, March 25, from 4:30-6:30 p.m., at Pequot Library. Co-led by Stefania Kowal, Pysanky workshop instructor with more than 20 years experience and Marianne Pysarchyk.

Kids will learn to decorate eggs with traditional Ukrainian folk designs using the traditional wax resistant (batik) method; wear old clothes.

There is a 15 kids maximum, so registration is required. Call 203-259-0346, ext. 18. $10 fee, eggs provided.
