Lee Crouch was named president-elect of the AFP Fairfield County Board of Directors.

Crouch joined the CT Challenge as director of Development and Community Relations in 2013 after a 30-year sales and marketing career in the healthcare and financial services industries. In  2014, Lee rode 25 miles in the CT Challenge’s 10th Bike Ride — as a 6-month cancer survivor.  In 1995, she was proclaimed to be the Volunteer Fund Raiser of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a degree in journalism and specializing in public relations, Crouch is in her 12th year as an elected member of Monroe’s Board of Education where she chairs the Communications Committee. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk, and has volunteered with a medical missions team for the last 6 years to provide basic healthcare services to the people of Ile a Vache.

She is the proud parent of Meagan, a 2012 graduate of Trinity College with a B.A. degree in psychology and now working for a hedge fund in Greenwich.

The AFP Fairfield County Chapter provides regular professional development opportunities and networking for those involved in fundraising, either vocationally or as volunteers. Monthly luncheons with featured speakers are held the first Thursday of every month from September to June at The Norwalk Inn and Conference Center in Norwalk.
