What can you do with an old pair of jeans and old dress shirt? Attend the turn trash into cool Sewing Studio 102 session at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library Saturday, March 7, at 2 p.m., 1147 Fairfield Woods Road.

Guest presenter, Dana Finkle majored in apparel design with a minor in journalism at the University of Delaware. She is a native of Fairfield and currently works at Threads Magazine as the assistant editor. Dana has designed a wallet cellphone case using recycled material for the Library’s Sewing Studio.

Advance registration is required due to the limited space. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.
