He was born on December 18, 1951 in New Haven, CT.

Philip was a longtime resident of Orange and Milford, where he had a successful podiatry practice for 25 years before retirement.

Philip was a lifelong soccer aficionado, beginning in his college years. He was a soccer coach and active supporter of Orange Youth Soccer Association where his sons, nieces, and nephew played.

Philip is survived by his wife Maggie, his two beloved sons, Andrew (Mike) and Michael (Wendy) along with his grandson Emmett. In addition, Philip’s extended family includes his mother Dorathea, sisters Pam Maw (Larry) and Sarah Pavlick (Vic), nieces Emma and Lilly Pavlick, brother Charlie (Sheila), nephew Charlie Moore Jr, plus numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Philip is predeceased by his father Marshall Philip Moore and brother Jimmy (James Brett Moore).

A memorial prayer service will be held on Saturday February 7th , 2015 at 12 noon at Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street Milford, CT 06460. Interment will follow at Milford Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 10am to 12pm at Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street Milford, CT 06460.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Orange Soccer Association, PO BOX 605, Orange, CT 06477 or Milford Animal Shelter, 664 East Broadway, Milford, CT 06460.
