The Lifetime movie Santa Con, which was filmed in a Noyes Road Fairfield, house, and on other locations around the area, aired Saturday night and should be shown again on the television network.

According to Lifetime, the movie’s plot revolves around a con man court-ordered to take a job as a department-store Santa. In the course of his hated elfin employment, he thoughtlessly assures a boy he will bring the boy’s estranged parents back together for Christmas. After a night of soul-searching, the ex-con-turned-Santa decides to make good on his promise. His resolve falters, however, when he meets the boy’s mother and feels a romantic spark.

The movie filmed in Fairfield at the beginning of last August.

Westport actress Melissa Joan Hart, best known for her roles in the television series Melissa & Joey and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, stars in the film, along with Cheers’ John Ratzenberger, talk-show host Wendy Williams and Seventh Heaven’s Barry Watson.
