Fairfield’s celebration of the town’s 375th anniversary culminates in a gala at Sacred Heart University this Saturday, Nov. 15, from 7 through 11 p.m.

The public is invited to the cocktail-attire event at the university’s William Pitt Center. Event planners say the party will include complimentary valet parking, a red-carpet entrance, signature cocktails, and gourmet foods, including passed hors d’oeuvres and entrée stations.

In addition, Band Together Ct will provide music for dancing before the winning gala cake — created by Fairfield’s Pink Cupcake Shack — is cut.

“It is going to be a grand party,” said Marlene Battista, who co-chaired the event with Lee Crouch and Julia DeMeo. “This event on November 15 will be a night to remember for a long while.”
