Ludlowe shuts out Lyman Hall

Bryan Pacewicz scored three touchdowns in the third quarter and coach Vin Camera’s Fairfield Ludlowe football team defeated Lyman Hall from Wallingford, 43-0, in its season opener on Friday night.
The Falcons led 6-0 at the half on Christian Ghiorzi’s 1-yard run in the second period.
Pacewicz scored on runs of 3, 2 and 33 yards, as Ludlowe took control of this SCC-FCIAC Challenge match up at Taft Field.
Aiden Kudzy had a 1-yard touchdown run in the final quarter and Seamus Harding completed the scoring with a 20-yard fumble return.
Jake Tynan kicked three PATs and Pacewicz and Harding ran for two-point conversions.
