Hourani, Fox rostered to play football Saturday

The Super 100 Senior All-Star Classic football game will be held on Saturday, June 28, at 4:30 p.m. at Rentschuler Field.
The teams were chosen by draft, thus high school teammates find themselves on opposing teams.
Local players rostered for Team Nutmeg, coached by John Ferazzi from Sheehan High from Wallingford, are Tony Fox (defensive line) from Fairfield Prep, Zach Sirowich (defensive line) from Seymour High, Darren Jackson (corner back) and Mike Schuchman (defensive line) from St. Joseph, Jason Thompson (running back) from Shelton High and Nick Roberts (quarterback) from Trumbull High.
Roberts was Team Nutmeg’s third pick behind West Haven running back Ervin Philips and Bloomfield quarterback Norvel Stewart. Fox was chosen fourth.
Scheduled to line up for Xavier of Middletown coach Sean Marinan’s Team Constitution are Trumbull’s Mj Cesare (running back) and T.J. Hayduk (wide receiver), Fairfield Warde’s Ahmed Hourani (offensive line) and Ansonia High’s Antone Mack (offensive line).
Mack was Team Constitution’s third choice behind Norwich Free Academy defensive lineman Tuzar Skipper and Hillhouse High running back Harold Cooper. Hourani was picked eighth.
