Trifitness hosting Seaside Sprint to benefit Caroline House

Trifitness of Fairfield is hosting its 5th annual Seaside Sprint with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Caroline House of Bridgeport

Set for Sunday, June 8, the run is for beginner and seasoned athletes. The sprint distance triathlon is set on a flat course and will be closed to traffic, organizers said.

This year’s race is adding a duathlon option and the duathletes will start with the first wave.

As a treat to all the children under 12, Trifitness will host a free fun run at 9 a.m.
