Aztec Two-Step to perform at planetarium

The folk-rock duo of Aztec Two-Step will perform an acoustic concert under a celestial display of galaxies and light in the Discovery Museum planetarium in Bridgeport on Saturday, May 10 at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $25 each. The Discovery Museum is at 4450 Park Ave., just off the Merrttt Parkway’s Exit 47. Purchase tickets at or 203-372-3521.

Aztec Two-Step’s first four albums were staples of progressive FM and college radio in the 1970s. The band, consisting of Rex Fowler and Neal Shulman, has appeared on The David Letterman Show and performed at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.

In 1999, they were the subject of the PBS-TV documentary No Hit Wonder.
