Pure Barre, the fastest, most effective way for women to change the shape of their bodies, will launch its newest location at the Brick Walk, 1275 Post Road on June 3.

“Pure Barre is a total body workout that is made for absolutely everyone,” said owner Laura Laboissonniere, who also owns the Westport location. “It’s amazing when you see a mother and daughter in the same class both being challenged. I have personally seen it transform my own body as well as others and I cannot wait to bring the workout to Fairfield. Not only is it great for the body but its good for the soul. Pure Barre allows women to feel confident and amazing in their own skin. I cannot say enough great things about the workout.”

The ballet barre workout has exploded in popularity since its inception in 2001. Focusing on the areas of the body women struggle with the most, Pure Barre lifts the seat, tones the thighs and upper body and creates the long and lean muscles of a dancer through small isometric movements centered around a ballet barre.

Since it began franchising in 2009, more than 200 Pure Barre studios have opened nationwide.

“We are thrilled to open our newest location in Fairfield and bring the excitement and results of Pure Barre to its residents,” said Carrie Dorr, founder & chief concept officer of Pure Barre. “The continued growth of Pure Barre studios across the country is a testament to the workout’s ability to quickly transform women’s bodies, and we couldn’t be happier to bring this experience to Fairfield.”

Pure Barre Fairfield will be offering special discounted auto-pay packages and a pre-opening special. Classes are already forming at the new Pure Barre studio, which will operate Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursday, 9:15 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.; and weekends, 9:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Registering for a class may be done in person, over the phone or by visiting purebarre.com/ct-fairfield and choosing the studio of choice.
