Jason Hyde of Fairfield, author and financial service professional, visits the downtown Fairfield University Bookstore on Saturday, Feb. 8, from noon to 3 p.m. to sign copies of his new book, Career Fulfillment Found.

“While many find their career path to be stressful, many more feel trapped in a job that offers no sense of career happiness. They feel stuck in dead-end and unfulfilling jobs. Others, particularly in today’s economy, are out of work all together,” according to a press release. “What if for a moment you were to stop and consider the possibility that the lack of career fulfillment you have experienced has happened for a reason?”

Hyde said he became a “passionate student of all things related to self- improvement in 2006 after a difficult period in his life.”

A financial services professional, he said he has “figured out how to have and keep a truly fulfilling career.”

Hyde lives in Fairfield,, with his wife and two children.
