Notre Dame loses to St. Paul

The Notre Dame of Fairfield football team lost a 57-20 decision to St. Paul of Bristol on Saturday.
Trent Hudson caught a 35-yard pass from Marcus Fulton in the first quarter for coach Ted Boynton’s Lancers (0-6). Fulton ran for the two-point conversion for an 8-7 lead.
St. Paul (4-2) scored the next six touchdowns to make it 51-8 after three periods.
Hakim Fleming (55 yards) scored on a 1-yard run and Hudson (176 yards) on another 1-yard carry in the final quarter.
