Play dodgeball to help the hungry

Clubs, organizations and neighbors are signing up now to play in the 6th annual Trumbull Rotary Dodgeball tournament. This charity event is a great way to have fun and support your community.

This year’s event takes place Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the all-new Insports Center in Trumbull. This will be one of the first events of its kind at this state-of-the art, 100,000 square foot facility.

All proceeds from the Dodgeball Tournament support The Bridgeport Rescue Mission, a local non-profit group that aids the hungry and homeless in our community, serving more than 600,000 meals a year.

Teams can be from six to nine adults (16 and over), men, women or co-ed. You can be an organized group, or simply a group of friends. Players will receive commemorative T-shirts. There are awards for the best teams, the best uniforms and the biggest fan club. Find a few friends and put together your team—no experience is necessary.

Get the details and download a registration form on the Events Page at www.TrumbullRotary.org. Or, contact Ed Gillespie ([email protected]) or Lisa Morriello ([email protected]).
