Police seek help identifying shoplifting suspects

Fairfield Police have released images of suspects in two recent thefts from stores, and are asking for help identifying the men.

Fairfield Police are asking the public for help identifying two shoplifting suspects, and have released surveillance photos from both incidents.

A dark-haired, light-skinned man wearing a blue shirt with stripes is wanted in connection with the attempted theft of $210 worth of groceries at Stop & Shop, 1160 Kings Highway Cutoff, on June 18.

A white man with a shaved head is being sought for a June 19 incident at Bob’s Stores, 889 Post Road.

Anyone with information on either case is asked to contact the Fairfield Police Detective Bureau at 203-254-4840, or to visit fpdct.com and learn how to Text-A-Tip.

All calls and texts can remain anonymous, police said in a Facebook post.
