Free health and wellness series starts Aug. 13 at Pequot Library

Pequot library has created a series of six free health and wellness programs from A to Z running from August through October.

At the Ride Against Child Abuse in May, motorcyclists raised $5,899 for The Center for Family Justice.

A one day 4-hour AARP Drive Safety Class is being offered to drivers of all ages, with an auto insurance discount for those 60 and older.
