Attorney and Realtor Michael S. Rosten has been elected Operation Hope’s board chair for the 2013 fiscal year of the Fairfield-based nonprofit organization.
For the past four years, Rosten has served as an Operation Hope board member. He has represented Operation Hope in a professional volunteer capacity for 18 years in the acquisition and development of the agency’s affordable housing portfolio.
Rosten received his bachelor’s degree from Williams College and his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University. Since 1998, Rosten has maintained a Fairfield law practice devoted to all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is also a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Re/Max Heritage in Westport.
Rosten volunteers for The United Way of Eastern Fairfield County, Congregation Beth El, Habitat For Humanity and The Volunteer Center of Greater Bridgeport.
