State Rep. Tony Hwang and his daughter, Christina, paid a visit to Chip’s Family Restaurants in Fairfield on Thanksgiving Day to lend their support to a fund-raiser for the Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center of Bridgeport Hospital. Proceeds of the morning’s sales benefited breast health programs for women with financial need.
