The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with chamber members LCP Contractors and Boccarossa Insurance, will present a free seminar on recovery from Hurricane Sandy Friday, Nov. 16 at 4:30 p.m. at the Fairfield Public Library.
Topics will include hiring and interviewing contractors, permits and inspections that should be included, restoration and stoppage of mold growth, dealing with insurance adjusters, insurance coverage pertaining to wind and flood insurance, the cost of compliance, and FEMA, what do they do and how to register.
The seminar is expected to last 30 minutes with question and answer period will follow.
