Taking part in the ceremony are Kelly, Bob Cox of Norwalk, Steve Abbott of Stamford, Bill Phillips of Greenwich, Col. Mike Di Scipio of New Canaan, Bob Liesegang of Ridgefield, Dick Redican of Darien and Tom Towers of New Canaan.

Proceeds of the event go to the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization that grants education tuition to Marines and dependents of Marines on the basis of merit and need.
