Due to the extensive problems caused by Superstorm Sandy, the Lavender Light vigil scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 1 at First Church Congregational, 148 Beach Road, Fairfield was postponed to May 2013.
The rescheduled event date will be provided closer to the time.
